3rd Annual Convention

This year's Convention is being held in conjunction with the first ever International Rental Exhibition (IRE) in Amsterdam and the European Rental Awards over three days from 3rd to 5th June 2008.

New additions for 2008

The Convention will take place nextdoor to the IRE providing attendees with the opportunity to visit the only exhibition fully dedicated to construction equipment rental in Europe.

This event is your unique chance to discover the deliverables produced by the ERA's Committees in the fields of European legislation, collation of statistics, recommendations on general contractual conditions, and the promoting of the industry overall.

But that's not all, Thematic Roundtables will also allow you to exchange information with industry stakeholders on rental issues related to your company/association's direct interests on 9 key topics:

1. Theft,

2. Transportation,

3. Sustainability,

4. National Rental Associations,

5. Manufacturing and Rental Companies,

6. Tool Hire and B2C Equipment Rental,

7. Information Efficiency,

8. Financing, and

9. Tower Cranes

Parrellel to the Convention, you are also invited to attend:

The IRE will be open to all suppliers to the rental sector: equipment manufacturers, including both global companies and small local suppliers, and suppliers of specialist services to the rental sector such as software and asset tracking technology.

The ERA also hopes the show will provide suppliers with an opportunity to present equipment and products tailored for the rental sector. The main focus of the show will be compact equipment and tools. For more information please click here.

 

 

A European Rental Awards Ceremony co-organised with KHL will also be a feature of the IRE. The 2008 award categories have been chosen to reflect the entire rental industry, recognising rental companies both large and small, as well as individuals and suppliers to the industry.
