Attendees are wholly responsible for arranging their own accommodation with hotels in Amsterdam, although ERA has blocked rooms in two hotels;
- Novotel Amsterdam City (which is next to the RAI Exhibition Centre), and the
- NH Amsterdam Centre (located in the city centre).

The IRE show and the ERA Convention will be located in the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre. Located just seven minutes from Schiphol International Airport, Amsterdam RAI is one of the world’s leading destinations for exhibitions and congresses.
The IRE will be exhibiting in the RAI’s premier showpiece, Hall 1,
The ERA Convention placed adjacent to it in halls 4 and 5.

The European Rental Awards dinner taking place alongside the ERA Convention on 4 June will be held at the Okura Hotel Amsterdam, located on the southern edge of the city centre and within walking distance of the RAI exhibition venue where the IRE show takes place.
